1. How to order?

2. Can I change my shipping address or design options after placing an order?
Yes, within the first 24 hours since the order was placed, you can change your shipping address or options (size, color, quotes....) by yourself.
After that timeframe, please contact us via live chat so we can check it for you, as we can not guarantee that it can still be edited.
Please keep in mind that any edit request after 24 hours upon approval of the order will no longer be allowed.

3. What does the total price include?
Your total payment = product prices + shipping fee
- The Discount code only applies to the product price, not the total price
- The shipping fee is calculated based on the shipping destination.
- Tax is only required in some countries, the detailed explanation can be found in the question below.

4. Why does my tracking number not work?
The tracking's usually updated within 1-2 business days. However, sometimes, Postal workers may skip package scanning because of network failure or overload during sale seasons. We've had many cases where the packages weren't scanned by local Post Offices, but still arrived on time.
If it's not updated in the next few days, we advise you to contact the shipping carrier to get an accurate delivery time frame.

5. What payment method I can use and can not use?

  • Credit/Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)
  • Paypal

- Unacceptable methods:

  • Personal checks
  • Money orders
  • Direct bank transfers
  • Cash on delivery

6. When will my card be charged?
Just after your order has been successfully placed.

7. When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Normally, if you paid by credit or debit card, you will see the refund amount on your payment account within 3 - 10 business days, depending on the process of your bank.
In case the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank for further assistance.

8. Why are my items shipped separately?
In some cases, orders with multiple types of products may come from multiple suppliers, which means that your order could arrive in separate packages at different times. Ideally, in case the product you ordered is out of stock; or the weather or social conditions. The order will then be sent from another warehouse. (Rest assured that you’re only charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order during checkout).
You will receive a shipping notification for each shipment in your order. If the second package does not arrive after a few next days, chat with us and you will be assisted right away.

9. Where do we ship from?
We are a global company operating with several fulfillment centers around the world.
All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address as long as it has sufficient stock.

10. Is ordering online secure?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

11. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses a credit card processor for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway, keeping all data encrypted with AES-256.

12. Is my personal information kept private?

Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
